sambal belacan..

family aku ni suka sangat makan belacan..so,you all bole try cara-cara nak buat sambal belacan..ni la die resipinya..


Ingredients
4 red chillies, washed and deseeded
Thumb-sized piece of shrimp paste (belacan)
1 tbsp lime juice
Salt to taste
MethodRoast shrimp paste until brown and fragrant. Set aside. Pound chillies and leave it coarse. Add the roasted shrimp paste and pound to a fine paste. Add lime juice and salt to taste. Mix well. Serve as an accompaniment to any local dish. (Serves 4 - 6)
